Does SMILE Center accept insurance?

SMILE Center is an “Out of Network Provider”, meaning that we do not directly accept insurance. However, many of our families are still able to receive reimbursement for the services rendered using Out of Network Benefits on their specific insurance plan. We are able to provide paid invoices with diagnostic and treatment codes which you may be able to use to garner reimbursement, and we would be happy to provide codes in advance so that you can check with them ahead of a service if you would like to. Please just let us know.
